Born in Paris where she grew up and lived for almost 20 years, Jennifer speaks fluent French. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, she started working at her parents’ restaurants from the age of 14, getting a first-hand experience in the hospitality industry. Helping them in the daily running of the business, she developed an acute sense of customer service over the years.
When she took her degree in international business, Jennifer was looking for an internship abroad and ended up in Manchester. What started as a cultural exchange to learn the English language would become a major turning point in her life. Thrilled by the experience, she decided to stay in the UK, setting a path for a whole new career…

Working for Corbin & King, the Wolseley Restaurant, Colbert Restaurant, and the Beaumont Hotel in Mayfair - for nearly 15 years - she made her way to the top from Assistant Maître d’ Hôtel to Reception Manager.
Working with high-end clientele and celebrities, she made a name for herself and is now known as one of the most reliable professionals in London.
This mom of two co-owned La Ratatouille - a French local restaurant in Marylebone - for 4 years and currently manages Etincelle Bespoke Events & Excelling In Hospitality. With over 20 years of experience in the catering and hospitality industry, she is the go-to person to organise the finest events.
